DEPOSITS A 10% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of your booking. Balance is due 1 month prior to the commencement of your trip.
PAYMENT Payment in full is required 1 month prior to the commencement of your trip. If you book within 1 month of your trip, payment in full is required on confirmation of your booking.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Cancellations outside 1 month of departure: No refund of deposit. Cancellations after full payment: If we are able to fill your accommodation space a refund will be given less a 20% administration fee. If we are unable to fill your accommodation space there will be no refund given. Cancellations within 10 days of departure: Will receive no refund. If any unforeseen problems arise we are prepared to discuss re-scheduling of your trip.
